I'm Kevin and this is my life. I'm 22 years old, I'm trying to figure out what the hell to do with my life while working a dead end job, and I'm gay.
Email is in my profile for MSN or whatever.
Jay was a close friend and guitar tech to the legendary Danny Gatton, and also a comtemporary to Roy Buchanan, during the vibrant D.C.-area music scene of the late '60s and 70s'. (I was lucky enough to see Gatton and Buchanan perform multiple times at small local venues.)
All young guitar slingers should be required to check out Messers Gatton and Buchanan.
Happy Birthday! From the attached recording it sounds like you had fun. Thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a good day! The music is GREAT! Let's see, the profile is wrong now, isn't it? ;-)
ReplyDeletePeace <3

Hi there, Kevin
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday (albeit late). I hope you had a good day - the music track rather suggests you did.
Take care
Mark
Sounds great, Kev!
ReplyDeleteI also played some music for my B-day, doing an open mic gig with my friends's band.
I got to play with this guy, Jay Monterose:

So, yeah, I had a good ime, too!
